Pay Range: $100000 - $150000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to safety programs and promote the Safety & Health performance of project teams and subcontractors.
- Manage transportation infrastructure projects for various clients, including government agencies and utilities.
- Lead contract preparation, regulatory coordination, project planning, and financial performance goals.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, customers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to design roadway and site development projects, including geometric design, drainage, and traffic control plans.
- Develop cost proposals and qualification statements to meet business development targets.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and project management instruction to teams.
- Prepare and present for clients and industry events to enhance personal and company branding.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Minimum 7 years of related experience in project management and roadway design.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Texas Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within six months.
- Experience with municipal and DOT clients, particularly with TxDOT and/or municipalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transportation design guides, including the AASHTO Greenbook, the Roadside Design Guide, and MUTCD.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
