What You'll Do as a Project Manager:- Direct resources and coordinate activities related to electrical construction and maintenance projects
- Develop project estimates and budgets and calculate change proposals
- Build positive working relationships with project owners, contractors, and design teams
- Collaborate with vendors and trade partners to execute subcontracts and purchase orders
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needed to maintain productive project progress
- Review and approve product shop drawings and verify completed work meets project specifications and estimates
- Communicate with owners, contractors, and design teams to resolve construction, work procedure, and project-related issues
What You Need to Bring to the Project Manager Role:- Associate’s degree in an approved electrical course of study
- Minimum of 6 years of electrical field experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrical license in North Dakota or Minnesota
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and estimating software such as Accubid or McCormick
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change and work professionally with a wide range of personalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster a positive, productive team environment
- Established company with more than 40 years in the electrical industry
- Diverse mix of commercial, agricultural, and utility projects
