Key Details:
Location: Waltham, MA
Pay: $125,000$140,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 85 with some flexibility
Work Model: Hybrid (some WFH flexibility)
Travel: Occasional, local only
Qualifications:
7+ years of industry experience in MEP/FP construction
5+ years of Project Management experience
Strong background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Sage, and Timberscan is a plus
Responsibilities:
Lead communication between clients, field staff, vendors, and executive team
Manage project schedules, financials, and productivity metrics
Conduct weekly coordination meetings and maintain 36 month look-aheads
Mentor junior staff and promote innovative solutions that improve project outcomes
