A well-established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater construction projects throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding region. The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through final closeout while coordinating closely with owners, engineers, field leadership, subcontractors, and suppliers.

What You’ll Manage

• Water and wastewater treatment plant projects from preconstruction through completion
• Project budgets, schedules, forecasts, job costs, and overall financial performance
• RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and project documentation
• Coordination with municipalities, owners, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Material procurement, equipment needs, deliveries, and project logistics
• Progress meetings, client communication, project reporting, and risk management
• Safety, quality, production, and regulatory compliance
• Work involving treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, process piping, mechanical systems, concrete structures, and underground utilities

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of construction experience, preferably within water and wastewater infrastructure
• Proven project management experience on treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, or similar municipal projects
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, budgets, contracts, cost controls, and field operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• A successful track record of completing projects safely, on schedule, and profitably
