Description

The Project Manager - Waterproofing and Masonry will have the following responsibilites:

  • Manage and oversee waterproofing and masonry projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedyules, ensuring compliance with allocated resources.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to saftey and quality standards,
  • Prepare project reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and federal construction regulations.

Profile
