Description
The Project Manager - Waterproofing and Masonry will have the following responsibilites:
- Manage and oversee waterproofing and masonry projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets and schedyules, ensuring compliance with allocated resources.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to saftey and quality standards,
- Prepare project reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal construction regulations.
Profile
A succesful Project Manager - Waterproofing and Masonry should have:
