Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing relationships from initial sale through onboarding and ongoing support.

- Develop and maintain internal support structures specific to client programs, ensuring seamless execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to gather client requirements, drive deliverables, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource assignments in collaboration with clients and internal managers.

- Oversee and document project progress, conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to review status, address challenges, and realign goals.

- Utilize company systems to manage, track, and execute projects efficiently.

- Support sales initiatives by working with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide insights, and ensure alignment between sales and project delivery.

- Ensure timely, accurate communication with clients and that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with client specifications and brand standards.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, checklists, and records; ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum of five years’ experience in successful project management

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to facilitate and lead meetings with both client representatives and internal teams.

- Demonstrated track record of building collaborative work environments and coordinating cross-functional deliverables.

- Proficiency with web-based project management and collaboration tools.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
