V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager - Website Modernization Project Lead for our premier client in Jackson, MS.
Education and Experience:
- Familiarity with Smartsheet forms, workflows, or automation (forms modernization is handled by a dedicated Smartsheet resource; general familiarity is a plus).
- Experience coordinating enterprise content migration projects.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments, business units, or government agencies.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Design and implement a sustainable web governance framework for DOM, including content request workflows,
- approval processes, and roles/responsibilities for ongoing site maintenance.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support the governance model post-launch.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly written status updates to the DOM Project Manager, executive sponsors, and the Design/Control Board as requested.
- Maintain project documentation, decisions logs, and content inventories alongside the DOM Project Manager.
