• Drive project scalability by implementing robust planning frameworks.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure reliability through proactive risk management, change control, and compliance with Alstom's project governance standards.
• Champion innovation by integrating digital project dashboards and predictive analytics for performance tracking.
• Promote knowledge sharing through lessons-learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Project management experience in the rail, manufacturing, production, transportation, civil construction, aerospace, automotive, or other project-based industrial production environments is desired.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE 2, or IPMA level C is desired.
• Strong problem-solving capability and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting with regular on-site presence.
