Role Description

\n

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL, responsible for managing pool construction projects from contract through completion. This includes reviewing signed contracts and engineering plans, meeting with clients to set expectations, and providing and executing a detailed construction schedule. The Project Manager coordinates all permitting, inspections, and HOA approvals required to keep each project moving, and oversees crews and total job construction from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include ordering and tracking materials, managing changes and change orders, resolving issues as they arise, and regularly updating clients on project status. The role also involves navigating complex construction issues and seeing each job through to completion, including final punch list items. The Project Manager is expected to provide professional, courteous service and represent Top Notch Pools with integrity in all client and crew interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction project management, ideally in pool construction, home remodeling, or a related trade.

• Working knowledge of permitting processes, inspections, and HOA approval requirements.

• Ability to read and review contracts and engineering plans for accuracy and completeness.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience overseeing crews and coordinating multiple trades on a job site.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple active projects and schedules simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve construction issues and change orders efficiently.

• Clear, professional communication skills for regularly updating clients and setting expectations throughout a project.
• \n
• Comfort working on-site at customer locations, with attention to safety and professionalism in varied outdoor environments.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and project tracking/CRM tools, or willingness to learn.
• \n
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites and the West Palm Beach, FL office.
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or prior construction management experience is a plus.
