Pay: The hourly rate for this position is between $48.00 $75.00
per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may
include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager oversees projects. They work with the Operations
Manager and field staff to keep the project on schedule and on budget.
Project managers are to be in the field coordinating the work of
electrical testing/maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

Manage several projects at a time.
Develop general scheduling of project.
Customer liaison for EPS.
Work with Sales Managers to improve and direct conversations with
customers on each project.
Develop general work plan for project.
Communicate and Coordinate with customer scheduling, conflicts and
concerns, reports, out of scope issues, change orders, and/or status.
Provide general incite / direction for each job.
Ability to conduct technical and safety training for personnel.
Coordinate and verify testing and safety procedures are being adhered to
by office engineers and technicians.
Perform weekly reviews of work completed and work scheduled
Provide support for onsite project staff, and responsible Operations
Manager.
Perform quality check for completeness of work performed on job.
Determine any additional change orders needed and arrange such with the
sales managers or operation manager to provide information and time to
submit for customer approval.
