Project Manager
A well-established and growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This organization specializes in delivering high-quality commercial construction, renovation, and design-build services across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, retail, office, industrial, institutional, multifamily, and food service projects. Job Description
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
