Project Manger and Estimator with Glass/Glazing/Curtainwall

I'm working with a growing and well-respected commercial glass/glazing and curtain wall contractor in the SNashville market that is actively looking to bring on an Estimator and a Project Manger to support their continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of field operations, scheduling, and team leadership.

About the Role:

This person will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The company has a strong backlog of work and is looking for someone who can help them scale smartly as they expand their footprint across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage field operations, scheduling, logistics, and project coordination

• Supervise field staff, warehouse teams, and subcontractors

• Work closely with project managers and estimators to align resources

• Oversee material procurement and vendor relationships

• Monitor job costing, productivity, and operational efficiency

• Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with company standards

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of experience in the Project Management or Estimator role, ideally in glass, glazing, or curtain wall trades

• Experience managing crews and coordinating across departments

• Solid understanding of commercial construction processes

• Highly organized and effective under pressure

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
