We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Planner/Scheduler to support our client by collaborating with project managers and technical experts to build, monitor, and optimize critical project timelines.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $31.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Remote, Full-Time, Contract (W2)
Key Responsibilities- Build Schedules: Consult with technical experts to set up project assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Manage Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinate Teams: Align project timelines across internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Track Progress: Monitor deadlines, evaluate performance, and prepare comprehensive project progress reports.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential timeline delays and facilitate quick interventions to stay on track.
- Budget & Scope: Recommend actionable solutions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
- Document Processes: Maintain thorough records and document all project scheduling processes.
Qualifications- Proven experience in project scheduling, timeline management, or planning.
- Solid communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.
- Proficiency with modern scheduling software and management systems.
