    Job Title: Remote Project Planning Specialist

    Hourly Pay: $32 - $42/hour

    Summary:

    We’re hiring a highly organized Project Planning Specialist to lead and coordinate the planning process across multiple projects. In this role, you'll work with project managers and teams to develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. If you excel at strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving, we want you on our team.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with goals, budgets, and timelines
    • Collaborate with teams to define deliverables, tasks, milestones, and resource needs
    • Break down projects into actionable tasks with clear timelines and assignments
    • Monitor progress, update schedules, and adjust plans in response to project changes
    • Facilitate resource planning to ensure projects remain on time and within budget
    • Lead planning meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
    • Identify risks and bottlenecks; implement strategies to minimize delays

    • Track and report on project performance and milestones

    • Support project managers with reporting, proposals, and status presentations

    Qualifications:


    • Proven experience as a Project Planning Specialist, Project Planner, or similar role
    • Expertise in planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or similar)
    • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities

    • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Familiarity with budget tracking and risk mitigation strategies
