Title: Project/Program Management Analyst V (Onsite)
Location: Jacksonville, FL | Pay: $85 per hour
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension up to 2 Years)

Job Description

The Project/Program Management Analyst V is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project and program objectives within scope, schedule, quality, and budget constraints. This role is recognized as an expert in Project Management and is responsible for managing the organization's largest and most complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize large project teams by assigning responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
• Estimate project costs, resource needs, and timelines for each phase of large and complex projects.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure project objectives are achieved within established targets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans while monitoring progress and performance.
• Track project status, including budget, schedule, staffing, and overall execution.
• Identify project risks and obstacles, implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate activities with external contractors to ensure seamless integration and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to secure specialized resources and support project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience required.
• 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
