Project Scheduler - Commercial Construction

I have a client, a well-established commercial general contractor in Atlanta, winning a wave of large data center and mission-critical work and adding a Project Scheduler to keep it on track.

What you'll do:

- Build and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 from preconstruction through closeout

- Own the critical path, baseline updates, look-aheads and milestone tracking

- Track long-lead equipment and procurement like generators, switchgear, UPS and cooling

- Run time impact analyses, delay assessments and recovery schedules

- Work side by side with PMs, superintendents and subcontractors on sequencing

What you bring:

- 5+ years of construction scheduling with a general contractor or CM

- Expert in Primavera P6; Microsoft Project is a plus

- Data center, mission-critical, federal or other large commercial project experience

- Experience with schedule risk, earned value and integrated master schedules

- PMI-SP or OSHA 30 is a big plus

- Atlanta-area based or willing to relocate
