Job Title: Project Scheduler / Maintenance Planner
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Experience Level: 3 5 Years
Pay rate: $35-$45/hr on W2

Skills: project planning/scheduling, SAP CMMS, Maintenance, Reliability, or Engineering GMP and/or non-GMP

Job Summary:
Seeking Project Schedulers to support preventive maintenance, reliability, and engineering projects within a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and track maintenance and engineering projects.
  • Manage SAP CMMS work orders, notifications, and job statuses.
  • Maintain functional locations and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability teams.
  • Track project schedules and deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of project planning/scheduling experience.
  • SAP CMMS experience.
  • Preventive maintenance experience.
  • Maintenance, Reliability, or Engineering experience.
  • GMP and/or non-GMP manufacturing experience.
