Job Description

Lee Andrews Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler III (Project Scheduler) to support Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and its Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP) at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), including the Auxiliary Curbs and Fire Station projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale construction scheduling, project controls, and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis. This position plays a key role in reviewing contractor schedules, monitoring construction progress, identifying delays, and developing strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved.

This opportunity allows a skilled scheduling professional to contribute to major airport infrastructure improvements, collaborate with experienced project management teams, and support the successful delivery of complex construction projects. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and construction progress reports.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
    Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify scheduling conflicts, delays, and potential risks.
  • Evaluate Time Impact Analyses (TIA), schedule changes, and project milestones to recommend corrective actions.
  • Track construction progress, maintain accurate as-built schedules, and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Support master schedule development, resource planning, and project forecasting across multiple construction projects.
  • Prepare scheduling reports, progress updates, and recommendations for management to support timely project completion.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional scheduling experience, including at least 5 years directly supporting active construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and experience with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling large-scale, complex construction projects valued between $300 million and $1 billion.
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, project controls, and construction sequencing.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules, tracking project progress, conducting delay analysis, and preparing performance reports.
  • Knowledge of earned value management, resource-loaded schedules, and project forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate scheduling risks and recommendations to management.

Hardware/Software Knowledge:

  • Mastery of Oracle Primavera P6 Version 8.3 or higher.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of PMWEB and other Project Management Systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledgeable of presenting graphical data as related to scheduling.
  • Use of other related software tools such as Schedule Analyzer, MS Project, Claim Digger, etc.
