Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities

• Own the jobsite on commercial new-build and renovation projects
• Build and update three-week look-ahead schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and manpower
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and field documentation
• Partner with the PM on schedule, budget, and owner relations

Requirements

• 5+ years leading commercial projects in the field
• Commercial new construction and/or occupied renovation experience
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Organized, proactive, and safety-first
• Comfortable with Procore, email, and mobile field tools
