We are looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team! This Full Time Hire position will report to and regularly collaborate with the Operations Manager.

Key Job Duties:
- Review plans and specifications before Pre-Construction meetings.
- Attend Pre-Construction meetings
- Attend lumber meetings with lumber supplier.
- Manage documents and file sharing in Co-construct and Google Drive.
- Assist in designing an initial project schedule in Co-Construct.
- Review and customize schedule from start to finish during the project.
- Enter job logs everyday
- Review exterior door and window orders for accuracy.
- Lead on-site meetings with clients for electrical walk through and interior trim walk through.
- Lead on-site meetings with designers, architects and vendors/sub-contractors.
- Analyze bills once per week and verify product arrived undamaged, correct quantity and correct product.
- Leader of the entire project from beginning to end.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Associates or Bachelors in a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in residential construction
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel to project sites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and team player
- Strong problem solving skills. Resourceful.
