Project Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide production and logistical support for its Clean Energy Solutions organization. This role supports a multichannel B2B marketing plan promoting commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs to small and medium-sized businesses throughout New Jersey.

• Coordinate production of marketing assets across print, social media, digital, organic, and paid channels.
• Support development of banner ads, videos, emails, sponsored content, search engine marketing, flyers, case studies, and website content.
• Review and copyedit marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and adherence to company brand and style standards.
• Collaborate with corporate communications, legal, program staff, and other internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project deliverables and regularly communicate with suppliers and vendors.
• Contribute marketing perspectives to campaign planning and implementation.
• Manage shifting project priorities and provide additional marketing support as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent direct marketing experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or a related environment.
• Background in B2B marketing and an understanding of core marketing functions.
• Experience supporting multichannel marketing activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, writing, and copyediting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough quality reviews of marketing materials.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with content production platforms such as Wrike or monday.com.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience coordinating deliverables across internal business units and external vendors.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs and their customer benefits.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
