Set up machines to exacting specifications and prepare machines for production. Operate various projection welding machine setups. Work performed under general direction. 2. Arrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processing. 3. Check all dimensions, locations of hardware cutouts, and frame handing for accuracy. 4. Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees, as well as the end-user. 5. Install all required reinforcements, including but not limited to, hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets, closer reinforcements, and door stiffeners. 6. Proper packing, labeling, bundling and tagging of the products if needed. Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees, as well as the end-user. Required Experience: 1. Must be proficient at reading work orders. 2. Some MIG welding experience is required, but certification is not required. We will train the right candidate. 3. A concern for safety and quality control is a requirement. 4. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment. 5. This is NOT a MIG welder/fabricator position.
