Job Title: Projects - 1st Shift (8:00am-4:30pm)

Pay: $15/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for 1st shift projects. This role involves a variety of tasks within a hospital environment, including cleaning and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Move trash and linens throughout the hospital.
• Perform projects such as repairing floors, elevators, and entryways.
• Execute floor technician tasks using machines like buffer or wax machine, and industrial mopping equipment.
• Clean non-occupied patient rooms, ensuring deep cleaning, flipping mattresses, and disinfecting the entire room.
• Clean Isolation rooms following strict safety measures, which may require wearing full gown and mask.
• Ensure quality of work is up to standard, as checked by supervisor using fluorescent light and visual inspection.

Essential Skills

• Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services.
• Ability to load/unload trash in hospitals, retirement homes, or hotels.
• Experience with industrial linen handling, cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a dedicated and strong worker with a good attitude.
• Must have a record of strong attendance.
• Must be punctual and reliable with the ability to work required hours and shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
