Property Accountant

Target Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:

• Perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of assigned properties
• Manage invoice processing, rent collections, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Partner with property managers and ownership groups regarding financial performance and reporting
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and supporting schedules
• Utilize Yardi to support accounting operations and reporting requirements

Qualifications for the Property Accountant:

• Property accounting experience within real estate, property management, or affordable housing environments
• Strong Yardi experience preferred
• Experience managing high-volume transactions and portfolio accounting responsibilities
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
