Job Title: Property Administrative Assistant
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Pay: $20 to $22 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift
Job Type: Contract to hire
LHH is partnering with our client to identify a Property Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations within a busy property management environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity offering consistent hours and the potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the property management team
Answer incoming calls and respond to tenant and vendor inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with lease administration, including preparing documents and maintaining tenant files
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounts payable tasks
Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
Support scheduling, reporting, and general office operations
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within property management, real estate, or a related field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with property management software is a plus
