*Responsible for communicating and dispatching vendors to properties, communicating with clients, monitoring work quality through photograph inspection, and ensuring all client deadlines and quality standards are met. *Will entail monitoring quality and performance of existing vendors and negotiating with vendors on timelines and pricing. *Will have multiple lines of communications between clients, brokers, agents and vendors.

*Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency and follow through are essential to this position. *Ability to quickly learn proprietary software *Efficient negotiation skills *Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word and Excel
