Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on club buildings, docks, and waterfront structures
- Conduct repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, power washing and painting as needed
- Inspect and maintain marina facilities, piers, and marine-related infrastructure
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff and members
- Maintain grounds, landscaping, and exterior common areas to club standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and club policies
Requirements:- experience in property maintenance is a plus, facilities management, or a related trade a plus
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Experience working in a marina, waterfront, or marine environment is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
