As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing repairs, preparing units for new tenants, and handling various maintenance tasks across several properties. Youll work independently while collaborating with a Senior Technician who offers guidance and support to ensure top-notch service.
What You'll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
Completing unit turnovers, including patching, painting, and changing light bulbs
Performing general property upkeep and basic repairs
Conducting light drywall repairs, outlet and fixture replacements, and similar tasks
Collaborating with a Senior Maintenance Technician for training and guidance
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with tenants
