Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping properties in top shape through a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. You'll work closely with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction and property value upkeep.
What You'll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for
Performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock repair, and painting tasks
Conducting property maintenance and repairs for current tenants and move-out situations
Keeping detailed daily records of completed work
Safely operating company vehicle to and from job sites, adhering to all laws and regulations
Using a smartphone to communicate, navigate, and document work activities
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at .67/mile)
Basic hand tools and a cell phone (larger tools are provided)
Good math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
At least 1 year of experience in construction, handyman work, or related field
