Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$35.00 per hour, with the starting rate determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.

What You'll Do:

• Keep our buildings in peak condition with top-notch preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Inspect and maintain building exteriors to ensure everything looks and functions perfectly.
• Document your work meticulously and keep accurate records.
• Conduct routine inspections and nip potential problems in the bud.
• Collaborate with a fantastic team and subcontractors on projects.

What You Bring:

• Willingness to learn and try hard
• Trade skills like a commercial handyman.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Solid knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to read manuals and find technical info online.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• A commitment to safety that's second to none.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).
