Plumber with General Property Repair – Tulsa, OK
HireCall is seeking an experienced Plumber with General Property repair experience for a Tulsa-area property management company.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on maintenance professional with solid plumbing experience and the ability to handle general property repairs. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be someone who can diagnose problems, make repairs, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Position Details
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Full-time
Occasional overtime may be required
Not an on-call position
What You'll Do
Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixtures, faucets, toilets, drains, water lines, and other plumbing issues.
Troubleshoot and repair general property maintenance issues.
Perform minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Patch drywall, paint, and complete minor carpentry and finish work.
Inspect properties and identify needed repairs or potential maintenance issues.
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work with contractors when larger repairs or projects are required.
Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work and materials used.
What We're Looking For
Strong plumbing skills are required.
Previous property maintenance, apartment maintenance, commercial maintenance, or similar experience.
Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of basic electrical and HVAC systems.
Experience with drywall repair, painting, and minor carpentry.
Ability to diagnose problems and determine the appropriate repair.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance work as needed.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows how to fix things. You should be comfortable working with plumbing systems and handling a variety of general repairs without needing constant direction.
