Property Maintenance Worker

JAR Associates seeks a Property Maintenance Worker in a full-time position. The Property Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing general maintenance procedures on various properties and must have the ability to work safely and responsibly, a positive attitude, and willingness to be a supportive team member.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform general landscaping duties which include: weed removal/bed maintenance, shrub pruning, and seasonal plantings/maintenance. Perform snow removal duties, which may include; plowing, shoveling, and sanding. Operate landscape maintenance equipment, mowers, trimmers, and blowers in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. Maintain and repair building structures and fixtures. Painting interior and exterior surfaces. Remove trash and other items when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

General landscaping experience preferred. Snow removal experience is highly desired. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Must have a valid Driver's License Ability to speak English. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and installing and repairing roofing are a plus.
