    Property Manager

    Luxury Residential Property Management

    Hamptons, NY (East End / Suffolk County) Full-Time

    Pure Property Group is a high-end residential property management and maintenance company serving discerning homeowners throughout the Hamptons. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and hands-on Property Manager to join our growing team.

    This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys a combination of property oversight, inspections, client service, problem-solving, and hands-on property care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently in the field, and capable of maintaining the high standards expected in luxury homes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform weekly property inspections using company inspection software
    • Identify and document maintenance concerns, property issues, and preventative maintenance needs
    • Coordinate and monitor maintenance and vendor work through completion
    • Perform seasonal property tasks including openings, closings, storm preparation, and post-storm inspections
    • Handle light handyman and general maintenance tasks as needed
    • Respond to homeowner requests and service needs in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain accurate property records, notes, photos, and updates using company software and mobile tools
    • Assist with scheduling vendors, providing property access, and coordinating deliveries and service appointments
    • Monitor homes while owners are away and proactively identify issues before they become larger problems
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, vendors, and team members
    • Help ensure homes are maintained to luxury residential standards at all times

    Qualifications

    • Previous property management, estate management, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple properties/tasks throughout the day
    • Experience performing basic handyman or property maintenance tasks
    • Detail-oriented with strong observational and problem-solving abilities
    • Comfortable using smartphones/tablets and software for inspections, work orders, photos, and documentation
    • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for high-end residential environments
    • Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform light physical work
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
    • Familiarity with the Hamptons / East End area is a plus

    Preferred Experience

    Experience with any of the following is a plus:

    • Luxury residential property management
    • Home inspections
    • Vendor coordination
    • Minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, or carpentry repairs
    • Construction or facilities management
    • Client-facing service roles

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Full-time position
    • Primarily daytime hours
    • Occasional after-hours or weekend response may be required
    • Weekend on-call rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks
