Duties & Responsibilities (Including, But Not Limited To):
Expertise in condominium / HOA management.
Property inspections (interior & exterior) to identify issues, owner violations, and that properties meet Denali’s safety and appearance standards.
Manage and oversee vendor services for communities such as landscape, snowplow, elevator maintenance, insurance policies & claims, sprinklers, etc.
Manage and oversee maintenance work on electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems as required.
Develop short and long-term capital plans to achieve and sustain community goals.
Understand major repairs & capital projects including scopes of work, financing, obtaining of bids, and bid leveling.
Track and report on the financial performance of the communities and implement strategies for enhancing the value of the assets.
Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the property, the community, client employees, and resident/tenant relations.
Attend Community Board & Owners’ Meetings, acting as management company liaison and community partner.
