Property Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Durant, OK. The Property Manager oversees daily operations of the property, including leasing activities, resident relations, and maintenance coordination to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community. Responsibilities include managing rent collection, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves leading and supporting on-site team members, resolving resident concerns, and implementing initiatives that enhance occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance. The Property Manager collaborates with leadership to execute community improvement plans and support long-term investment goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in property operations, including leasing oversight, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and basic property-level financial analysis.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills to support positive resident and team relationships.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and basic compliance requirements in residential property management.
• Leadership experience supervising on-site staff or teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in multifamily property management or a similar housing-related role strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Durant, OK and respond to occasional after-hours property needs.
