A Class B multifamily management company is looking for a hands-on Property Manager to lead field operations across their Bronx/Queens portfolio. This role is all about being on the ground — walking properties, solving problems in real time, and keeping buildings running the way they should. If you know multifamily inside and out and prefer being on-site over sitting behind a desk, this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across the Bronx/Queens portfolio
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure buildings are running efficiently

Maintenance & Vendor Management

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs
• Manage relationships with outside vendors

Building Performance

• Ensure properties are maintained to a high operational standard
• Address issues proactively to keep buildings running smoothly

Qualifications

• Multifamily property management experience required
• Comfortable working in the field, not just the office
• Strong hands-on leadership with maintenance staff and vendors
