Property Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 225- unit residential property. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to residents while ensuring the property maintains high occupancy rates and operates efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of property operations for a 225-unit residential community

Manage resident relations including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and

addressing resident concerns

Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards

Process rental applications and handle lease renewals

Oversee rent collection and maintain financial records

Develop and implement marketing strategies to minimize vacancies

Prepare and manage property budgets

Ensure compliance with all housing laws and regulations

Requirements

3+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family residential

settings

Proficiency in Yardi property management software

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Professional demeanor and leadership qualities

Compensation & Hours

Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)

Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

Standard hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must be flexible to accommodate occasional after-hours emergencies or special events

as needed
