THE ROLEAs our Property Operations & Delivery Technician, you will provide hands-on field support by picking up, transporting, and delivering materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to assigned properties and vacant units. You will also complete scheduled property checks, confirm that doors, windows, and access points are secure, and identify visible damage, unauthorized access, or other conditions that require follow-up. You will document visits with photos and notes, communicate urgent concerns promptly, and help move, stage, organize, or remove materials as needed.
