OneSource Staffing is NOW HIRING a Property Maintenance & Preservation Technician!

Are you a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys tackling different projects every day? Do you have experience in general maintenance, landscaping, handyman repairs, or property upkeep?

We are looking for a motivated individual to help maintain and secure vacant and foreclosed properties for banks and financial institutions.

This is NOT your typical maintenance job! You'll travel to different properties, work on a variety of projects, and enjoy the independence of managing your daily assignments.

Position Details

• Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Training: First 60 days working alongside an experienced technician

• Equipment Provided: Company work truck, trailer, and work phone

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This hands-on position offers a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Maintaining vacant and foreclosed residential properties.

• Performing general handyman repairs and property maintenance.

• Mowing lawns, weed eating, edging, and maintaining landscaping.

• Trimming shrubs, trees, and overgrown vegetation.

• Removing debris and completing property cleanups.

• Boarding windows and securing vacant properties.

• Installing handrails and completing minor home repairs.

• Installing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.

• Performing seasonal property maintenance and winterizations.

• Inspecting properties and identifying necessary repairs.

• Taking photos and documenting work using a company-provided phone.

• Driving a company work truck with an attached trailer to assigned locations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, stay organized, and take pride in getting the job done right!

• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman work preferred.

• General knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and outdoor equipment.

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a work truck with a trailer.

• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments throughout the day.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to learn property preservation procedures, including winterization.
