    What You'll Do

    Leadership & Representation
    • Lead the entire appeal process from initial assessment through resolution
    • Represent cases before administrative appeals boards and participate in settlement negotiations
    • Interview, evaluate, and negotiate with external consultants and attorneys
    Financial Planning & Collaboration
    • Own real estate tax projection and budgeting cycles
    • Partner with Asset Management, Finance, Legal, Property Management, and Accounting teams to explain budgets, valuations, and appeal strategies
    • Provide clear, detailed explanations of complex property tax matters to stakeholders
    Operations & Systems
    • Maintain and update property tax databases and information systems
    • Conduct research, analyze evidence, and develop strategic recommendations for complex tax matters
    • Ensure accurate tax bill processing and documentation
    •
    What You'll Bring

    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property assessment and/or valuation
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
    • Advanced knowledge of property taxation principles and valuation techniques
