Job Details

We are a well-established construction and infrastructure services company seeking a Proposal Specialist who takes pride in quality work and strong written communication. In this role, you will help produce technical proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and win new work.

What You’ll Do

• Proofread and edit content written by project teams and technical experts for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Partner with the technical operations team to set proposal schedules and define content requirements
• Gather and organize source materials to make sure every requirement is addressed
• Format documents to company brand and style standards
• Help coordinate final production and delivery, including printed and electronic submittals
• Work with the technical operations team to develop, update, and maintain a library of capability and project experience content
• Write core proposal sections such as introductions, company overviews, and qualifications
• Research and write content for internal marketing publications
• Support the sales and business development team across multiple business units
