    • Coordinating cross-functional proposal teams, including executives, SMEs, and joint-venture partners
    • Managing past performance data, including CPARS evaluations and project profiles
    • Supporting post-submission activities such as Evaluation Notices (ENs), Final Proposal Revisions (FPRs), and oral presentations

    Requirements

    • 5–10+ years of experience in federal construction proposal management
    • Demonstrated success winning work with NAVFAC and USACE
    • Strong knowledge of SF 330 and SF 1442 submission processes
    • Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations
    • Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud) and Microsoft Office
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction Management
    • Membership in Association of Proposal Management Professionals or Society of American Military Engineers
    • Experience with Design-Build (D-B) delivery methods
    • Familiarity with estimating tools or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) workflows
