Mix/tint coatings to match specified colors and gloss levels.
Verify finish quality and uniformity; correct imperfections promptly.
Maintain a safe, tidy booth and follow all industrial safety protocols.
Collaborate to meet production targets without compromising quality.
Service and maintain painting equipment to keep it running smoothly.
What makes you a match?
High school diploma or GED; additional painting training is beneficial.
Demonstrated experience in industrial painting or similar finishing work.
Detail-focused, quality-driven mindset.
Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with industrial safety practices and PPE.
