Provider Outreach Coordinator

The Provider Outreach Coordinator will focus on growing membership by connecting with BCBAs through social media, email, text, and other digital platforms. This role requires a motivated and personable communicator who can clearly explain program value, build relationships, and maintain organized follow up. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach while representing the organization professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage BCBAs through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online platforms
• Communicate membership benefits clearly and persuasively
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective providers
• Track all outreach activity and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and strategy
• Attend occasional industry events or meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in outreach, recruiting, marketing, or provider relations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with social media and digital outreach tools
• Organized, personable, and able to manage follow up effectively
• Interest in behavioral health or ABA is a plus

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Type: Full time, in office

Salary: $50,000–$70,000/year
