Provider Relationship Manager- Imaging

Location: Remote with travel throughout WI market

Department: National Imaging

Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday

Eligible for an annual incentive bonus

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Identifies and helps to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities. Collaborates with leaders across the organization to drive new business.
• Works with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development including gathering and providing information on the organization''s services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities.
• Initiates and maintains contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and works to enhance the overall experience within the organization.
• Conducts meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.
• Develops target growth plans and maintains diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
• None Required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Bachelor''s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences:

• Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Medical Imaging knowledge a plus.

• Must live in WI, greater Milwaukee area.
