PRS Program Manager

Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated PRS Program Manager to drive integration activities and serve as the primary interface across program management deliverables. This role focuses on cross-functional alignment, managing key vehicle program metrics-including cost, timing, program planning, and launch support-and resolving technical issues across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Integration: Drive end-to-end integration activities and serve as the core point of contact for technical, cost, timing, and program planning issues.

• Launch & Issue Support: Support vehicle launch activities, facilitate cross-functional issue resolution, and track deliverables against key performance indicators (KPIs) and gate milestones.

• Global Coordination: Coordinate across multi-regional teams, participating in off-hour global teleconferences and traveling regionally as required.

• Documentation & Process Management: Assist with engineering changes, cost roll-ups, design validations, and program scorecards.
