PSG Lee Operator - 1st Shift

Shift: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Perform all required Line Checks, Centerline Audits, Tool Inspection forms, CCP1 and CCP2 documentation.
• Record required production, quality, and weight‑control information in Infinity, LEDs, and SAP.
• Follow all Quality Assurance standards, including Infinity computerized weight‑control procedures.
• Conduct minor repairs and make center‑line adjustments to assigned equipment.
• Stage changeover parts prior to line changeover and return components to the changeover parts cart afterward.
• Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any deviations in equipment performance or product quality.
• Follow oral and written instructions to ensure consistent processes and safe operation.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and documentation requirements.
• Skill in performing basic mechanical adjustments and minor repairs.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Strength to lift, push, or pull materials as required by the production process.
• Strong attention to detail for completing audits, forms, and system entries.
• Willingness to work assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
