Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct medication evaluations, medication checks, and manage prescriptions.
• Occasionally provide individual, group, and family therapy, along with necessary documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support activities.
• Offer crisis intervention consultation to team members.
• Engage in peer review processes for therapists.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Excellent communication skills with professionals, clients, and families.
• Sound decision-making skills in emergency situations.
• Communicate with physicians as needed.

Qualification Requirements

Education and Experience

• LPN: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a preference for one year of experience in nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Flexible Work Schedule

Our schedule is 7pm-7am with a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on rotation. However, we are currently flexible with scheduling to accommodate your needs.
