Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our collaborative outpatient mental health practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care while receiving the support of an established clinical and administrative team.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate provider who values patient-centered care, collaboration, and building meaningful long-term relationships with clients.

Responsiblities:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor medication effectiveness and client progress
  • Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
  • Complete timely clinical documentation and follow professional standards

Qualifications:

  • Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC)
  • Active Idaho APRN license or eligibility for Idaho licensure
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Compensation & Support:

  • Competitive 1099 contractor compensation: 60–65% of collected revenue
  • Compensation based on experience, qualifications, caseload, and productivity
  • Administrative support provided, including:
    • Scheduling and appointment coordination
    • Billing and claims management
    • Credentialing assistance
    • Referral coordination
    • Practice operations support
