Support on the Unit: Availability of CNA/ER Techs (2-4 depending on shift), receptionists/HUC, charge nurses, phlebotomy (performed by RN, techs can do straight stick IV/VAT), resource nurses, RTs, hospitalists, and bedside or centralized telemetry monitoring. Required Qualifications: Emergency Room (ER) Specialty, 3-5 years of experience in a Level 3 or higher trauma center, valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and MOAB/CPI certifications (or ability to start without MOAB/CPI per email update).
